Personal Therapy is based upon a balanced philosophy that encompasses psychological, scientific and spiritual principals. It is based upon the teachings of psychology, energy medicine and coaching.
My combination of skills: Neuro Linguistic Programming, Access Bars, Energy Healing, therapeutic Psychological processes, Deep Brain Re-orienting and Dream Analysis allow me great flexibility in working with my clients. It opens the way to healing areas of deep trauma. I adapt the session to support the client in whatever way feels most appropriate at that time.

How many Treatments do I need ?
As it takes time and support to establish a healthier lifestyle and to address root causes of concerns I recommend a minimum of 6 visits for the first phase of your support as facilitation in a single session will not provide us with adequate time to address chronic and ongoing issues that in many instances have taken a lifetime to develop. As in most areas of our lives, commitment and hard work help hugely.
