Level 1 - Learn to Meditate
The beginners Meditation Classes are suitable for complete beginners. The practice includes techniques from a variety of lineages of Meditation. The class is guided through basic techniques for building awareness, learning to settle the mind and regulating emotions. After the beginner program you can progress to the intermediate Level 2 classes.
Level 2 Deepen Your Practice
The intermediate Meditation classes are suitable for those who have done the beginners program or for those with previous experience. In this class you will learn more advanced techniques for healing, awareness, clarity, calmness and insight. This class will help you to engage in a more aware practice.
