This course is substantially rooted in Jungian Psychology, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mind-Body Medicine and Somatic Meditation.

This course aims to teach you skills to analyze yourself and your environment and teach you experiential processes for awareness, psychological movement and deep change.
